"The Evolution Project"

The project is self was created by the young scientist Doctor Viridian Gabriel Reynolds in the year 2061. He stared this project the discover a way to like humans to super humans under his belief that they were the next step to humanity and was the future of the human race. after the first successes on himself he strove hard to recreate the serum to no avail but as time went by he grew tired and moved to other projects giving it his son Dr. Nicholas Reynolds who changed it to turn humans in to controlled weapons for the CIS solely for profit and power.
