Chapter 1: The Gathering of Heroes

Seth nods "I accept"

"I am Legion leader of the Skitarii Guard, and hereby cordially invite the three of you to a dinner with Master Skitarri our master"

Sericio stared in bewilderment at the transaction that had just taken place in front of him.  These three robed figures stood before them, and they apparently had invited all three of them to meet their master.  He gazed towards the woman, sitting there in her wheelchair.

Sericio had known of alliances being formed by competitors in the tournament.  From what he understood, they usually only benefited the most slimy member of the alliance, as betrayal was commonplace.  He was open to the idea of teamwork, but needed to be with people he could definitely trust.

He stormed forward, and quickly snatches the invitation.  He glares at it, then closes his eyes.  Waving the piece of paper in the air, he remarks nonchalantly, "Sure, I haven't eaten since yesterday...  Absolutely starving."

Henna looked around as the other two agreed to the invitation.  She was hesitant at first, but decided there'd be no harm in joining with them.

"Alright.  So long as these two are going, I will as well."

Legion makes a bow and reaches in a pushes the 6th floor button and waves to the party as the door closed. As soon as they closed him and his followers make for the stairs once again and await the elevator. 

'Leaving them alone after such a strange invitation is a breeding ground for trouble' thinks Victor silently but nothing could be done about it. 




As the doors to the elevator opened the party inside are greeted once again by the presence of the three droids, the flanking two bow and Legion nods and turns to lead the way. The bowing droid on the left goes to push the wheelchair bound girl behind the party

As the elevator begins to descend once again, Henna shifts around in her chair as if to adjust her dress.  In reality she was patting down her braces to make sure they were tight enough to use, but it otherwise seemed like she was just uncomfortable.  After confirming that they were secure, she whispers to the other two with her.

"That was odd.  I hope you two are certain it'll be okay."  She pauses for a moment, then continues with a much more cheery tone.  "Well, maybe this person is just really friendly?"

"I'll be fine" seth responds and as the door opens he follows the droids without anther word, focused on planning.

Legion leads the party down the hall and turns to the right and is greeted by a set of large double doors. Classical piano music rings faintly through the doors. Legion grabs both door handles and brings them open, a large table adorned with fine silk cloth is absolutely covered in delicious and exotic foods. The warm air meets the party as they enter the room thanks to the lit fireplace crackling softly in the corner. 

"please take your seats, the master will be with you shortly" suggests Legions gesturing towards the two empty chairs and open space just a little past the middle of the table. Multiple chandeliers hang from the roof suspended over the table, the chairs themselves are intricate crafted and polished.

Seth being the first to enter looks around cautiously as he takes a seat "I'm in no rush, take his time....." Seth goes to mess with his rings. Seth looks toward the other two a he gets comfortable.
