Your 'class' can be anything that would aptly describe both what your character is and what they do.  eg. Jaeger, Noble, Thief, Beggar.  For the attributes, rank them from 1-10, with 5 being average for humans and each score above or below that number as exceedingly exceptional in that category.  Scores above 8 are above peak human, and scores below 3 are generally only for children or animals.  You can have any skills you want, but list them as if they were skills in D&D, eg; Weapon Proficiency: (Muskets, Daggers), Language: (French), or Knowledge: (Necromancy).  It's not necessary to list everything your character can do relative to D&D (for instance, wearing armor is generally not going to be something you need to specify that you're good at doing).  Your class should cover general competencies needed to fulfill that role - just list you're character's specializations.  If your character has any supernatural traits, describe them in detail in the supernatural traits section of the character sheet.

Backstory
I remember my parents, they were always so warm and kind, they were low ranking nobles but their hearts could rival that of giants in size and outshine the north star with their light. Their names you ask? Oh yes.. I probably should have started with that. My fathers name was Roland Robrecht and my mother Alana. Ah i remember my mothers silky blonde hair, it used to tickle my nose when she would hold me to her chest, she was frail in terms of constitution, always sick she was. My father would often shrug his smaller duties just to take care of her, it was always touching to watch his tender movements. Maybe this is why he always tell me "We who are strong ought to bear with the shortcomings of the weak and not just please ourselves". I think i now understand what he meant, even after all that has been brought upon me by them I still have an obligation to save them. Lets continue with the story shall we? No I don't want to talk about what they did to me, not yet at least.

My mother would teach my agriculture when I was not busy with knightly training, I always found our time together in the garden a gentle and relaxing place where I could ask questions without fear of being judged. Mother would always tell me that if I am to become a knight that I would need the knowledge on how to care, nurture, and be kind to contrast the inherent violent nature of a being a knight. It did me good to see life from a different side than just a single view. Her words were always sweet and her hands gentle, I loved her very much. She was the one place I could go to relax and just be me.

As I grew older I noticed that we were getting a lot of visitors coming and going from our fief, mostly the nobility kind but I didn't have time to really wonder about it as i was being trained in the art of chivalry and combat. One day while training in hand to hand, a large group of men on horse rode up escorting a real exotic carriage. Me and my mentor paused and watched the procession. After one of the guards stepped down from his horse and opened the carriage door, a man draped in fine furs and jewelry stepped out and in his shadow a young girl followed closely. They knocked on the door and my father answered, bowing and bidding them to enter. Once the door was closed I resumed my training, it was several hours later that they eventually exited the building, the nobleman stepped out seeming quite pleased and the girl still clung to him. I saw her look at me while such curious eyes, like bottomless pools of emerald. They entered their carriage and simply left our lands.

I asked my father who the visitors were that evening during the dinner, he told me that he was a close friend of his younger days as a knight. They tried to keep in contact but duties often prevented physical visits but letters worked just as well between friends. He told me many stories of their hunt of mad beasts and murderous cults. They frequently found themselves in perilous danger but through their comradery they always made it home. I was very envious if only I could have such stories to tell! As they say be careful what you wish for...

Many moons later an alarm was sounded in the dead of night, the keep was under attack! I bolted out of bed and don'd my sword and
half-plate armor, I quickly rushed to my parents room for I was actually quite scared. As I neared the corridor of their room I heard a deafening roar, it was a roar I had never imagined existed, it was such a feral snarling roar full of hate and hunger. Another sound could be heard, the sound of steel rasping from its sheath and a desperate yell. I ran as fast as my feet would carry me to their chambers, I barged open the door only to be met with a grisly site. There upon the floor were the gnarled remains of my parents, blood was all over the walls, and in the center of the room was a huge twisted creature.

It was a horrid thing to behold, it made my stomach flip just looking at it, let alone how it smelled. My eyes slowly migrated from the mangled bodies of my parents slowly up its figure until at last our eyes meet and locked. Time seemed to have stopped in that moment, its eyes cold and brilliant like a mirror. Werewolf. A thing my parents often told me about. A thing that they said would never bother us being so far south of the capital. A thing they said never and they meant NEVER fight. I ran....

Down the corridor guards were coming towards me wanting an explanation, but I didn't even yell as I ran past them, away from them, away from that thing. I could hear them questioning each other then immediately followed by their screams of desperation and fear. I ran into the courtyard only to find that a fire had broken out and was spreading across the roofs. I didn't stay long enough to even watch my home burn to the ground, I ran into the night and i didn't stop until i found the nearest town. Thanks to my training and youth i ran for a day and a half until i found a small town, I ran up to the gate guards and uttered the words "werewolf attack" then passed out.

I woke up two days later in an infirmary, a man was asleep sitting in a chair next to my bed. He was a plainly dressed man with a thick mustache draped across his top lip, his hair was starting to show signs of age with the occasional grey popping up. I sat up and grimaced as my lower back and legs felt like they were on fire, I gave a short rasp at the pain which was enough to wake the man in the chair. He sat up and looked me in the eyes, "How are you feeling son?" he said softly. We spoke for the better part of the day and evening, after hearing my story he told me he had some letters to write and bid me goodnight and left the room. I didn't stay awake long after he departed, that night i was plagued by nightmares and guilt of that night.

The next morning I awoke to the sound of horses and the rusty ring of a carriage, I peeked out the window to see that exotic carriage coming up the road and stop in front of the building I was in. The man covered in furs stepped out and called out towards the door, I couldn't hear what he said but he sounded anxious. The sound of a door opening played and the doctor stepped out and bid him inside, shortly after I hear a knock on my door. I bid them enter, the man in furs stepped in
